Usage:	MNEMONIC = WFDB_annstr(CODE);
Input:	CODE: (scalar or vector) annotation code(s)
Output:	MNEMONIC: (string, if CODE is scalar; otherwise, a cell of strings) annotation mnemonic(s)

WFDB_annstr translates WFDB annotation code(s) to mnemonic(s).
