To copy an annotation, select it, then press the
key (or
if your keyboard does not have a
key). This
action copies the selected annotation into the Annotation Template.
Now insert the copy at the desired location. (This is a particularly
useful shortcut if you are working with complex annotations for which
fields other than the Type must be set.)
