WFDB Software
The Waveform Database (WFDB) software package provides tools you can use to manipulate and analyze data from PhysioBank. WFDB software can read local files or retrieve data as needed from PhysioNet.
Applications
About 70 command-line applications are included in the WFDB package.
WAVE
WAVE is a graphical tool for viewing, analyzing, and annotating signals and time series from PhysioBank.
WFDB Library
WAVE and the other WFDB applications use the WFDB library to read and write PhysioBank-compatible files. You can use the WFDB library to perform these functions in your own programs.
