MIMIC derived data code repository

The new PhysioNet website is available at: https://physionet.org. We welcome your feedback.

As part of their data use agreement, researchers using the MIMIC clinical databases have agreed that, if they openly disseminate the results of their research, they will also contribute the code used to produce those results to this PhysioNet repository, which is open to the research community.

This page contains code contributed by users of the MIMIC clinical database. Each subdirectory contains one user's code used to generate and/or analyze data for one project.

Authorized users of the MIMIC clinical databases may contribute to this repository by submitting their data and code through this PhysioNetWorks project (login required).
