By using PhysioNetWorks, you agree that:

• You will not use it to post anything that you do not have permission to copy and redistribute.
• You will maintain up-to-date off-line copies of anything you deposit here, to be used in the event of data loss from your PhysioNetWorks workspace.
• You will not allow anyone else to use your personal PhysioNetWorks account.
• You will not allow post protected health information (PHI) or other data elements excluded from PhysioNet data.
